The primitive cottage wall sconce is handcrafted in our shop of solid wood. We sand, stain, paint, and then distress this sconce to give it a worn look. Then we seal it with a satin varnish to protect it for years to come. A sturdy saw tooth hanger is attached on the back of the wall sconce for easy hanging. 

Please note that this piece is handcrafted especially for you. Because this wall sconce has a distressed finish, it will look slightly different than the one in the picture.

About the Soy Candle
Enjoy the benefits of clean-burning, all natural soy candles. Soy wax candles are a superior alternative to candles that use palm and paraffin wax because it’s a sustainable, renewable resource. In addition to being great for our environment; soy candles support American farmers, produce little or no soot, last longer, and hold onto the scent longer than other candles.

We hand pour all of our candles in small batches using high quality soy wax. This candle is poured into a 16oz Mason jar that is topped it off with a raffia bow (please remove raffia bow before burning).

Apple Harvest - Apple Harvest is a true, ripe apple fragrance combined with bright fruit notes and just a touch of spice. It has year-round appeal but is especially nice around apple picking time. Apple Harvest may be the apple scent you didn't know you needed, but can't live without. This fragrance oil is infused with natural cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, orange, and cedarwood essential oils.

Vanilla Hazelnut - A mouth watering blend of toasted hazelnuts and creamy vanilla.

Frosting Characteristics of Soy Candles
Frosting is when the soy wax forms tiny, white, frosted-looking crystals on the top of the wax and/or on the sides of the jar. It looks very similar to the white frosted look that sometimes appears on chocolate. We are constantly experimenting with our dyes, fragrance oils, and pour temperatures to keep frosting to a minimum, but some frosting is to be expected with all pure soy candles.
