Shipping

The Country Marketplace ships orders via FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending on the item. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight and the destination of the shipment. You can calculate the shipping cost of your order by visiting the shopping cart page.

Shipping Times

Items we Handcraft - We do not keep an inventory of the items that we build, so it takes about two weeks for us to build and get your handcrafted item to your doorstep. We provide estimated production times for each product on the details page for all items that we build. You will receive a confirmation via email when your order ships along with your tracking number(s). You may also login to your account to view tracking info for your order. Once your order has shipped you should receive it within 7 business days. If you have not received your order in 7 days after it has been shipped, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Lighting -  Ships within 1-4 weeks. Please contact us if you need an estimated time for how long it will take for a particular light fixture to ship to you.

Other Items - Most other items ship within 3-5 business days after we receive your order.

Backorders - There are occasions when our supplier may be out of stock on a particular item in your order. When this occurs we will contact you to determine how you would like for us to handle the backorder.

Damaged Item(s) - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly ship out a replacement item. Photographs of the damage are extremely helpful to us when we begin the claims process with the shipping carrier.
